Short supply chain

Our vegetable gardens and laying hens provide us with a large part of the food we consume at ecoVita. The rest comes from the fine agri-food heritage of Sarrabus. Within a few kilometres of ecoVita we can find citrus groves, vineyards, farms, honey producers, artisan dairies, small winemakers and the Castiadas wine cooperative, producers of liqueurs, essential oils and much more.

At ecoVita we make bread, pesto, jams, fresh pasta and cakes using local organically certified ingredients whenever possible or sourced from farms where chemical pesticides are not used.
